Financial Integrity General is an Authorised Representative of Insurance Advisernet Australia - a principal member of the National Insurance Brokers Association (NIBA) and a member of the publicly listed Austbrokers Group who have over $1 billion of gross written premium under management and access to a wide range of products and services.

Financial Integrity General has a simple service methodology:  you determine the level of service you require according to your needs. 

In designing & implementing your insurance program we follow three main steps focusing on you:

Claims Procedures

Financial Integrity General has the ability and expertise to handle your claims in-house. This means that your broker and the support team will be looking after your claim throughout the entire process. 

In the event of a claim we will receive your claims notification, assist and advise you regarding the scope of cover and pass the information onto your insurer. If required, we will meet you on site to ensure that the processing and management of your claim is notified and implemented in an efficient manner. 

If a loss adjustor is appointed to a claim we will attend the initial meeting with the loss adjustor and assist in the co-ordination of the claim. 

On the most complex cases we may engage third parties to work closely with us, you and where required your accountant to ensure the claim is processed and settled without unnecessary delays. Further detail and information on the third parties used can be provided if required. 

About Us

Chris Howe – Managing Director

Chris has over 20 years experience in the general insurance industry. In this time he has worked with and for a number of Australia’s largest insurance companies & brokerages. 

The experience Chris has gained over these years ensures that his clients get the best possible outcome on their insurance program. 

Chris is a keen golfer & enjoys exploring Canberra & all it has to offer with his young family.

Patricia Paterson – Partner / Divisional Manager

Patricia has been working in the Insurance Industry since moving to Australia from Brazil and is specialised in insurance for Small and Medium Enterprises. She is Tier 1 qualified and holds a Diploma of Financial Services (Insurance Broking) from NIBA College.

Patricia really enjoys living in Canberra and is a sports fan.  

Rickie Wakefield – Account Broker / Support Team

Rickie has over four years in the insurance broking industry. She is Tier 1 qualified through The Insurance Institute.

Rickie enjoys spending time with family and friends and going to the movies. 

Lara MacKenzie – Account Broker / Support Team

Lara has been in the insurance broking industry for over 2 years.  She is currently undertaking her Tier 1 qualification. 

Lara enjoys travelling and socializing on weekend with her friends.
